Children's social care recruitment

Children's Social Care Recruitment.

We source suitable residential childcare workers, support workers and waking-night staff for children's homes, local authorities and provider-managed placements, focused on wellbeing, consistency and relationships young people can trust.

What the support involves

Children's social care providers need steady, reliable staff who take time to get to know the young people they support, understand what matters to them and help build the routines and confidence that make day-to-day life feel more manageable. We take time to understand each provider's staffing requirements and source suitable candidates for temporary and longer-term assignments.

Staff we supply work under the direction of the provider, in line with each young person's care plan and the professionals involved. They focus on wellbeing first: feeling safe, feeling heard and having a trusted adult to turn to. Assignments are confirmed only once the worker has been cleared and is available.

  • Staff for 1:1 support, routines and positive activities
  • Emotional support from a consistent, trusted adult
  • Help with independence skills, confidence and engagement
  • Consistent workers wherever possible to build trust
  • Regular updates for providers and referring professionals

  • Children's homes and residential care providers
